(Ethan Miller, Getty Images) Kid Rock poked fun at his brawling reputation at the American Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night when he picked a fight with show host, comic Jimmy Kimmel.
Rock, who was involved in a spat with Tommy Lee at the MTV Video Music Awards in September and then jailed for his part in a fight at a restaurant in Georgia last month, pretended to be upset when he returned to his seat at the AMAs to find Kimmel had taken his place next to Celine Dion.
Angry Rock snapped, "You're in my seat, get up," prompting Kimmel, who then put his arm around Dion, to retort, "I know what this is about; just because Celine and I were married and you and Celine were married too doesn't mean there has to be trouble between us."
The comment was a joke aimed at Pamela Anderson's love connection to Lee and Rock, who were both married to the former Baywatch babe.
Rock kept a straight face as he dragged Kimmel to his feet and pretended to punch him in the face.
The awards show then cut to commercials with funnyman Kimmel calling for his attorneys.
Then, quipping about another Kid Rock-related scandal, Kimmel joked, "Rest assured, Kid Rock and I have made up and we're planning to make a sex video together."
