NASHVILLE, Oct. 16 (UPI) -- Trace Adkins, Kid Rock and Lady Antebellum have agreed to perform at the upcoming 42nd annual CMA Awards in Nashville, organizers said.
Previously announced performers include co-hosts Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, along with Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, George Strait, Sugarland, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban.
"The 42nd annual CMA Awards" presentation is scheduled to air live from the Sommet Center in Nashville Nov. 12 on the ABC Television Network.
"These artists and their songs had a huge impact on country music this year," Tammy Genovese, CMA chief executive officer, said in a statement. "We are excited to spotlight them on the CMA Awards."
