There will be three ceremonial first pitches tomorrow afternoon before the Tigers take on Texas in the home opener at Comerica Park.
Musician and Detroit area native Kid Rock will show his support for the city and its automakers by delivering pitches to Loretta Abiodun, David Edgar and Pete Reyes.
Abiodun, who is representing General Motors, has worked for the company for 35 years, most recently at Detroit Hamtramck Assembly in the Quality/Communications department. Edgar, a Chrysler worker for 34 years, is employed at Warren Stamping as a sheet metal worker. Reyes, who has been with Ford for 22 years, works at the Product Development Center in Dearborn as the chief engineer of the all new Taurus.
